Seminar for advocates in Poltava
On 12 November 2016 a seminar for advocates was held in Poltava.
The event was attended by about 550 advocates from Poltava and Sumy regions, as well as by advocates from other regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Dnipro, Cherkasy and Lugansk.
The participants learned about topical issues of loan relationships, right to a fair trial, reform of the system of enforcement of court decisions in Ukraine, tactics of defence in criminal proceedings concerning crimes against life and health, as well as topical issues of advocates’ professional conduct.
After the seminar, all participants received CPD certificates.
