Persons with disabilities will receive a privilege when taking a bar qualification exam
The Bar Council of Ukraine has established a reduced fee for taking qualification exams by the persons with the 1st and 2nd groups of disability.
The relevant BCU Decision No. 201 was adopted on September 22, 2017.
The amount to be charged shall be a half of the 3 minimum subsistence levels as of the day the application for admission to the exam is submitted. The payment shall be made on the day of application submission to the bank accounts of the regional Qualification and Disciplinary Chamber of the Bar and HQDCB with a distribution of 80 and 20% respectively.
