The NextGen board includes 10 young advocates.

8 members of the Board are appointed for a period of 1 year by the President of UNBA, BCU, on the proposal of the Chairman of the Committee. The Chairman of the NextGen Vladislav Bilotskii and his Deputy Ekaterina Kovalevskaya joined the Board of the Committee ex officio.

Serhii Barbashyn – advocate, managing partner of the Law Firm Trustme. Specializes in the field of intellectual property rights and litigation. In the field of intellectual property he deals with the registration of objects, appeals against unlawful refusals of registration, and also carries out the development of licensing agreements, creation and maintenance of portfolios of intellectual property of enterprises. Active participation in litigation is based on experience in the field of economic, corporate and tax law, obtained in the course of legal support of business both in Ukraine and abroad (IT, consulting, manufacturing companies, etc.).

Taisiia Bilotska – advocate, partner of Berylstone Bar Association. Practicing law for over 8 years, received a certificate for the right to engage in advocacy in 2017. In the years 2010-2013 she took an active part in the implementation of European legislation. Today, at JSC Berylstone, she protects private clients and resolves disputes, as well as specializes in the implementation of labor law

Vladyslav Bilotski – advocate, managing partner of Berylstone bar Association, is one of the best specialists in intellectual property law. Member of the Bar Council of the city of Kyiv, of the Committee on international relations at UNBA, heads the UNBA representative office in Mexico. Successfully practicing more than 10 years, in 2009 received the status of an advocate. Berylstone in 2018 was nominated for "Discovery of the year" award by the specialized edition "Legal practice".

Vitalii Vlasiuk – advocate, managing partner of the law firm ePravo and the bar association of the Twin Lawyers, candidate of legal Sciences, professor of international law and the law of the Council of Europe. Deputy Chairman of the Committee on international relations at UNBA and Chairman of the international law Committee of the Bar Association. He has experience in public service, represented Ukraine in the cases "Yulia Tymoshenko vs Ukraine" and "Oleksandr Volkov vs Ukraine" in the ECHR. The founder and Chairman of the NGO "Association for the Search and Recovery of assets" (NGO "ASRA"), member of the Public Council at the National Agency for the Search, Detection and Control of the Corruption Assets (ASMA). Author of monographs, textbooks and many journalistic and scientific articles.

Ivan Grechkovsky – advocate, head of the Lawyer Bureau of Grechkovsky. Specializes in corporate law and dispute resolution, participates in the representation of foreign and Ukrainian clients in commercial and administrative disputes. Actively involved in the development of the Bar self-government and international contacts of the Ukrainian Bar Association. In 2016 he heads the Committee on international relations at UNBA. Ex officio member of the Board of the International Bar Association (IBA) and representative of the Ukrainian Bar at the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (ССВЕ). As a UNBA representative participates in the Board of the International Bar Association (IBA)

Yurii Grygorenko – advocate, arbitrage manager. Actively involved in the activities of the Bar self-government and protection of advocates' rights. The Secretary of the Committee on protection of advocates' rights and guarantees at UNBA, Speaker of the Committee on protection of advocates'  professional rights and implementation of guarantees for advocacy activities of the Bar Council of Odessa region,
member of the ALU Committee on competition law; member of Committee on business law and procedure of the Bar Council in Odessa region. For the period 2016-2017 repeatedly awarded with diplomas of UNBA, OSCE, Bar Council of the Odessa region, MTD of justice in Odessa region; in 2017 recognized by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as the best young advocate of Ukraine.

Oleg Klymyuk – advocate, Law office of Grechkivsky, graduated from the faculty of international relations of the Institute of international relations of Taras Shevchenko KNU, special field being “International law", has the status of a certified translator of the English language. Actively involved in the development of international contacts of the Ukrainian Bar, is the Secretary of the Committee on international relations at UNBA. Since 2016 he is the Manager of Ukrainian advocates' teams in MundiAvocat and EuroLawyer football championships. In 2008-2009 due to an exchange program studied Chinese in Tianjin Polytechnic University in the city of Tianjin, China. During training participated in law-related competitions, in which he  became finalist in the Leavitt Institute Jury Trial Competition, was awarded a certificate of honour of the Association For Organization and Promotion of Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since September 1, 2013 – assistant of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Malta in the city of Kyiv.

Kateryna Kovalevska – advocate, managing partner of "Kateryna Kovalevska" Law Office.  Has fifteen year experience in the field of business protection, disputes resolution in court, ten last years of which provides legal assistance to legal entities and business owners as an advocate. Known expert in the field of family law. Honorary member of Union of Lawyers of Ukraine, member of the audit Commission thereof. Graduate of the All-Ukrainian professional development program for Advocates "Advocate of the future." Has a number of distinctions and awards from professional associations.

Olena Mironenko-Shulgan – advocate, managing partner of the "DéFENSE" Bar Association, graduated from the law faculty of Taras Shevchenko KNU. Practicing law for over 9 years, worked in bar associations and a foreign company, world leader in retail trade. Since 2015 actively participates in the bar self-government. Today specializes in the field of migration, international commercial, civil and business law.

Natalia Neupokoeva– advocate, received a certificate of the right to engage in advocacy in 2009, specializes in criminal and family law. In 2015 he became a training participant at the European court of human rights, Strasbourg, France. General experience in law of 13 years. Has experience of work in the court of General Jurisdiction, financial institution.
