Bar Council of Ukraine established a Committee on Professional Development at UNBA.

The Committee was established by the decision of BCU No. 69 to identify, analyze and take into account the needs of advocates in the implementation of legally determined obligation to develop their professional level. Also, the Committee will provide suggestions of policy-making on professional development, directions of its implementation etc.

According to the order No. 97 dated September 10, 2018, advocate Olena Sibilova headed the Committee on Professional Development. Olena Viktorivna is also the Coordinator of the Council of Europe "HELP" programme from the bar of UNBA and a certified trainer of the Council of Europe "HELP" programme from the UNBA. Advocate Viktoriia Sviatotska was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
