The Committee on protection of advocates' rights has strengthened coordination with the PQDC in countering the violation of professional rights
The Committee on protection of advocates’ professional rights and guarantees strengthened the coordination of its activities to prevent the violation of professional rights with the Prosecutor's Qualifications and Disciplinary Commission.
In the course of communication with the prosecutor's self-government body, a responsible person at the PQDC on the rights of advocates - its member Anatolii Kovalenko was appointed. An agreement on cooperation implies the adoption of operational measures in the event of the discovery of signs of disciplinary misconduct during the in the course of proceedings with the participation of prosecutors.
