Pursuant to the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine, namely:

- Tax Code of Ukraine;

- Paragraph 4 of Article 58 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Bar and Practice of Law";

- Section IV of the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine";

- other legislative acts of Ukraine, and

- Section 2 of the Procedure for publication of financial statements of the bar self-government bodies, approved by the BCU decision no. 253 on 17 December 2013.

The UNBA/BCU Secretariat publishes consolidated financial statements of the bar self-government of Ukraine.

All financial statements of the bar self-government in Ukraine are available at the UNBA official website (in Ukrainian). Advocates and all interested persons can freely get acquainted with this information.
