Committee on protection of advocates' rights and guaranties of advocacy has increased its coordination with Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine (MID NPU) regarding counteracting violations of advocates' professional rights.

During the process of communication, persons that are responsible for protection of advocates' rights among the heads of the MID NPU were chosen, such as: Deputy Head of MID NPU Administration Kovtun O.V., Deputy Head of MID NPU Department Shidlovska A.O., Senior Investigator at the Regional Investigation Department of the NPU Furman Yu.Yu. The agreement on cooperation implies the use of operational measures by the above-mentioned persons in case of violation of the rights of advocates' and guarantees of advocacy by the employees of the MID NPU.
