Advocates invited to create standards for AI

The Legal Committee of the AI Ethics & Integrity International Association (AIEI) is accepting applications until July 18.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian National Bar Association is a member of the AIEI in accordance with a memorandum signed recently. The cooperation consists in supporting advocates in acquiring knowledge on the ethics of AI use and effectively implementing relevant tools in their professional activities. In particular, it is planned to hold joint educational and practical events, prepare analytical materials and publications, and organize conferences and thematic panels.

The AIEI Legal Committee will bring together legal experts to:

● develop ethical principles and legal standards in the field of AI;

● develop positions on regulatory policy and interaction with authorities;

● analyzing challenges faced by the legal community in the context of AI development and preparing explanations and recommendations.

The working language of the Committee is English.
