|
The Ukrainian National Bar Association, the Lviv Regional Bar Association and the Lviv Historical Museum have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document aims to develop partnerships in the field of research into the history of Ukrainian advocacy, preserve documentary heritage, and create educational and cultural projects. The memorandum provides for the implementation of joint initiatives in the field of scientific research, archaeography, museum affairs, and the popularization of the history of advocacy. The parties agreed to jointly develop proposals for optimizing research, preparing publications, and digitizing materials from the museum's collections. It also provides for exhibitions, round tables, conferences, and educational events, ranging from lectures and seminars to thematic excursions. Special attention will be paid to creating exhibitions dedicated to the history of Ukrainian advocacy and its role in the development of the rule of law. «It is gratifying that there is a common understanding of the mission and directions of this cooperation, - said Iryna Vasylyk, head of the Center for advocacy and law research. - The experience of museum professionals is important to us in the context of preserving and promoting the historical heritage of advocacy. We have interesting ideas for thematic excursions and publishing products». The signing of the agreement with the Lviv Historical Museum was a continuation of the UNBA's initiatives to research and promote the history of advocacy. Previously, similar agreements were concluded with the Central State Historical Archive in Lviv, creating a comprehensive platform for researching legal heritage. |
