The UNBA intellectual property Committee invites advocates to collaborate

Advocates with knowledge and practical experience in the field of intellectual property are invited to join the relevant Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association.

The UNBA Committee on intellectual property is a standing collegial advisory body established pursuant to Order No. 110 of the President of the UNBA, BCU dated September 3, 2020.

The Committee’s mission is to promote the development of the legal protection system for intellectual property, as well as to support advocates in meeting their professional needs in this field.

The Committee’s main areas of work include identifying current issues in the field of intellectual property, preparing proposals and comments on legislation, summarizing practices regarding its application, and participating in the organization of UNBA professional events.

The Committee also works to develop international cooperation with professional organizations in the field of intellectual property and interacts with higher education institutions, public associations, and advocates specializing in this practice.

The Committee pays special attention to bringing together advocates who handle intellectual property matters and engaging them in professional discussions, preparing analytical materials, and developing practical solutions.
