The Committee on Protection of Advocates’ Professional Rights improved the coordination of applications to NABU employees
The Committee for the Protection of Advocates’ Professional Rights and Guarantees has agreed with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine on more effective coordination in the framework of work on the prevention of violations of professional rights.
In particular, an understanding was reached with NABU on the prevention of violations of advocates' rights and guarantees, as defined by the legislation. The NABU leadership has identified a person responsible advocates’ rights - Deputy Head of the Office of Internal Control of the National Bureau. An official will carry out operational measures to respond to violations of the advocates' professional rights by NABU employees.
In view of the above, in case of violation of the advocates’ rights and guarantees of advocacy by the NABU staff, please immediately inform the Head of UNBA Committee Hanna Boryak (baristua@i.ua) and the Secretary of the Committee Yurii Grygorenko (7006196@gmail.com) or call 067-692-4443.
