Nana Bakayanova awarded with the Certificate of honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
Nana Bakayanova, head of the Department of judicial, law enforcement and advocacy organizations at the Odessa Law Academy and secretary of the disciplinary chamber of the Odessa Region Qualification and Disciplinary Commission, received a Certificate of honor from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The high distinction was presented on behalf of the parliament on October 28 by Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
The Certificate of honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is a state award given for significant contributions to the development of the rule of law, strengthening of parliamentarism, ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as active participation in lawmaking and the public and political life of the country.
Lidiya Izovitova, President of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and the Bar Council of Ukraine, congratulated N. Bakayanova on the honorary award, emphasizing her many years of dedication to advocacy, science, and the education of a new generation of lawyers. She stressed that the award from the Verkhovna Rada is a worthy recognition of her professionalism, high moral qualities, and significant contribution to strengthening the authority of advocacy and the development of legal education in Ukraine.
