A book of stories by Ukrainian advocates to be presented in Kyiv

On May 27, Kyiv will host the presentation of the first collection of works by Ukrainian advocate «Diary of My Advocate. Book of Stories No. 1».
The event is organized by the Committee on Humanitarian Issues and Creative Initiatives of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, the UNBA Center for Advocacy and Law Studies, and the Kintsovy Beneficiar Publishing House.
The book was first presented in December 2024 during a meeting of the Bar Council of Ukraine. After that, it went on sale on book marketplaces: Yakaboo, Yurknyga, Knyharnya Ye, Readeat, and others.
Everything written in this book is based on the personal experience and real cases of Ukrainian advocates (all personal data has been changed, of course). Genuine sincerity, faith in kindness and justice, and ultimately just in people, will not leave the reader indifferent.
The authors of the works included in the collection are Andriy Osipov, Oleksandr Chernykh, Veronika Derkach, Anatoliy Bohachev, Oleg Makoviy, Glafira Oleneva, Oleksandra Tiprova, Viktoriya Konovalova, Olena Pribytkova, Andriy Sitnikov, Vyacheslav Sokolov, and Yakiv Varichev.
All of them are advocates who participated in the First All-Ukrainian Prose Competition among Advocates «Personal View», which took place in 2021 under the patronage of the UNBA.
The presentation will begin in Kyiv on May 27 at 18:00.
The collection will be presented by its author and editor, advocate Andriy Osipov, and other authors. The venue address will be sent to everyone who registers for the event.
By the way, applications are now being accepted for the second literary competition among advocates. This competition will determine the winners in three categories: essay, short story, and feuilleton.
