Violation of advocates’ rights and professional guarantees – infographics
The UNBA publishes statistics of violations of advocates’ rights and professional guarantees during the 2nd quarter of 2016.
During this period:
- the UNBA Legal Department received 21 complaints about violation of advocates’ rights and professional guarantees;
- of them, the UNBA Committee on protection of advocates’ rights received 17 complaints for further examination;
- the UNBA Secretariat forwarded 4 further complaints to law enforcement authorities.
