Court confirmed lawfulness of election of Mr Ryabenko as Head of the Kyiv City Bar Council
On 21 March 2017 the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal dismissed the appeals and upheld the resolution of the Kyiv District Administrative Court of 19 December 2016.
The above resolution is essential for the confirmation of the KCBC legal status. It declared illegal and annulled the decree of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 25 October 2016.
Accordingly, the court confirmed the legality of the election of Mr Petro Ryabenko as the KCBC Head.Popular news

Advocate Irena Maria Ostrozka-Sangushko has been appointed as the representative of the Ukrainian National Bar Association in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in the city of Cairo. The corresponding Order No. 80, dated March 10, 2026, was signed by the President of the UNBA, BCU Lidiya Izovitova.
