As of September 21, 2019, the annual fee for the provision of advocacy self-government for the lawyers of Kyiv is made on a general basis - 70% is paid to the account of the Bar Council of Kyiv, 30% - to the account of UNBA.

The relevant decision was made during a meeting in Odessa by the Bar Council of Ukraine (BCU), considering the petition of the Chairman of the Bar Council of Kyiv Petro Ryabenko.

Accordingly, the decision of the BCU "On payment of the annual fee for ensuring the realization of the advocates self-government in 2018" of 28 December 2017 No. 283 and the decision of the BCU "On the payment of the annual fee for the implementation of the lawyer self-government in 2019" of December 13, 2018, were terminated. 216 as part of a separate procedure for payment of the annual fee for the implementation of an advocate's self-government for the bars of Kyiv by transferring it by one payment into the current bank account of the UNBA of 100% of the annual fee.

If you have just become an advocate at the discretion of the Bar Council of Kyiv or if you have not been able to pay the dues by January 31 this year, you can generate a fee receipt here.
