The Head of the Anti-Rading Office Victor Dubovik also took part in the event. During the event, members of the Committee emphasized that there is no clear procedure for attorneys to obtain information from the State Register of Proprietary Rights to Immovable Property.

Taking into account numerous requests of attorneys to obtain information from the State Register of Proprietary Rights to Immovable Property, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has outlined a clear algorithm for lawyers clarifying the procedure of obtaining information from the Register.
