Effective types of attorneys: what influences the definition of self?

In today's world, there are three effective types of attorneys: the attorney-at-law, the attorney-at-law analyst, and the attorney-sprinter. How are their characters formed and how to take them into account in your own activities?
This was discussed during the webinar «Lawyer as a person in a megamachine: Effective Types of Attorneys» was presented by lawyer Serhiy Ivanov.
The lawyer noted that a successful image of a lawyer can be formed by yourself. It consists in realizing yourself, your current and desired place in the megamachine, acquiring skills and reputation that correspond to the desired one.
An attorney forms and maintains his or her reputation separately in each of the mechanisms of the megamachine. At the same time, in legal proceedings, the reputations of a civilian and a criminal lawyer are formed differently, including a different professional view of the relationship between morality and professional ethics of a lawyer.
Serhiy Ivanov outlined the main characteristics for each of the three types of lawyers:
An attorney-at-law-speaker should be able to establish an emotional connection with those who do not want to listen, and to control the emotions of listeners, rather than express themselves well in front of those who want to listen. To do this, a lawyer should have good eyesight and hearing, mixed reference, experience in various communication, high emotional intelligence, quick reaction, restlessness, etc.
An analytical attorney-at-law must have a large amount of knowledge, be fluent in the methods of scientific cognition, have high intelligence, the ability to memorize a large amount of current information with a short memory, perseverance, etc.
A sprinter attorney-at-law must have a desire for detailed regulation and orderliness of his or her activities, external reference, a psychological tendency to perform repetitive actions, etc.
At the same time, a lawyer who is inclined to perform one role cannot quickly master another role, as it requires changes in character traits, emphasized Serhiy Ivanov. According to him, a sufficient level of skill is acquired over the years, and therefore, one should prepare for the desired role in advance, preferably from the student's years or from the status of an assistant attorney. At the same time, an attorney can learn to work in different roles gradually, in the process of professional self-development, but one of them will still remain more comfortable.
The speaker is convinced that the roles of an analytical lawyer and a sprinter lawyer are no less effective and no less paid than a speaker lawyer.
The speaker advised:
- to develop all three types simultaneously, by taking small daily steps, without being too far ahead of the «successful story» of real actions;
- not to chase the «success stories» of other advocates, but first of all to strengthen the skills and traits of the type to which one has the greatest personal inclination;
- to cover the weaknesses of one's character through mutually beneficial cooperation with colleagues.
